Calm under chaos

In a previous blog about what makes people the greatest of all time, the ability to remain calm, particularly in stressful situations, is one of the traits. My New Norm

Regardless of what things will remain the “new normal” and what won’t, there will be change. It is good to see that life in our household in particular, will be going back to our normal sport filled routines. The remnants of this hiatus for me however, will be to continue the nature inspiring bushwalks that I have come to love through Covid-19 isolation.

Resilience and Reconnection

Look around your neighbourhood, this is the most active I have seen my neighbourhood EVER. Families going for walks and bike rides. An increased amount of people going for jogs. Teenagers doing what they used to do in the old days, going up the park to kick a ball and have shots at goal. It is the dad’s with their daughters, mum’s with their sons and families combining in physical activity and “reconnecting”.
